B.F.F. - A summary

Over the time, I have discovered what true friendship is about, who are my real friends and who aren’t. But one thing I know for sure: a good friend is not someone you like completely, but someone who brings out the best of you.

My friend’s biggest talent is her capability to drive me insane. Sometimes she has so much energy and becomes so annoying that I feel like bursting into tears. Even so, I love her for that. When she manages to behave, she is the most enjoyable person to hang out with. She’s funny, practical, honest, she’s extremely lucid and protective, but she won’t hesitate to hold back in a fight. She brings out the best in people, and most importantly, she always combs me when I am wrong about something. She is Mrs. “To-Tell-You-Straight”, as I like to call her. You know you have a special relationship with somebody when getting into a fight, big or small, only brings the two of you closer. Also, a friendship with no fights can’t be called a real relationship - it’s just a big lie.

As a conclusion, I can say a real friendship means love, respect, laughter, loyalty, commitment, common interests and values, kindness, and most of all, honesty. When someone is a true friend, you know it in your heart.
